Amelia. This movie looks very boring, but it is a biopic, which equals Oscar buzz. Prepare to see Hilary Swank mack on Richard Gere and then fly a plane. I wonder how this will turn out?
Cirque du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant. You can’t swing a sack of dead bats without knocking into a vampire these days. Watch John C. Reilly as the titular vampire. Extra points for the appearance of Jane Karkowski.
Saw VI. Jigsaw and his gruesome brand of justice are back for more slicing, dicing, limb twisting, and blood letting. Now that’s my idea of a romantic movie.
Torture porn enthusiasts rejoice, Saw producers are debuting Saw 7 in 3-D and they are planning an eighth installment (www.collider.com). I’ve never seen any of the movies except the second one, which I’ve heard is the worst one, but that is because the site of blood makes this blogger vom/pass out. What fun is that on a first date?
